• Valid Passport
• One 2x2 Photo
• Completed Visa Application Forms (Click here to download form: Page1, Page2)
• IMPORTANT - Make sure to fill in for the following:
• 1.14 – Your Current Occupation:  Teacher/Student
• 2.1 – Major Purpose(s) of Your Visit(s) to China: Tourism
• 4.7 – 4.10 – Inviter, Contact, or Relative in China: N/A for all
• Visa Application Fee (see chart below)
