Our tour of Tibet centers upon displaying the Silk Road to the Future’s “World Peace” Banner, comprised of thousands of individual silk artwork panels created by all Chinese and American university students who have participated in this wonderful event over the past six years, in the highest land on earth! The beauty of this magnificent banner, incorporating the peace visions of so many beautiful souls from our two nations, is a perfect match for the natural, wild beauty of Tibet with its crystal lakes and towering Himalayan peaks. For those wishing to learn more of Tibet beyond our tour of its natural wonders, reading and research is encouraged prior to leaving the U.S. as this trip will involve nothing of Tibet’s history – our guides will address only the natural wonders uniquely found in “The Roof of the World”, an older name for Tibet.
